Your KRAs will include the following:
• Lead the product lifecycle for our SaaS/FinTech solutions, from ideation to launch and
continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations, to
translate innovative ideas into scalable products.
• Utilize your expertise in SaaS/FinTech to craft product solutions that address the specific needs
of our diverse user base.
• Employ data-driven approaches to understand customer behavior, optimize feature performance,
and prioritize impactful product enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze product adoption, user engagement, and retention metrics; propose and
implement iterations that drive product success.
• Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring both growth
and user satisfaction.
• Champion growth initiatives by leading A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer
segmentation efforts to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to ensure product features align with market needs
and strategies, driving effective market entry and expansion.
• Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape within the SaaS/FinTech sectors to
maintain product competitiveness.
YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management within the SaaS/FinTech industry, with a proven
track record in driving product growth.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, in dynamic environments.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS/FinTech landscapes, including industry-specific challenges and
opportunities.
• Expertise in using data analytics to inform product decisions and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
and influence senior stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset combined with tactical execution abilities to deliver on both product and
growth objectives.
