Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, handling queries
and requests professionally.
Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant
software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic HR functions is a plus.
