MIS Executive

Job description

 Data Management: Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to
monitor business performance and support decision-making.
 Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on key metrics, including sales, customer data, and
operational performance. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports.
 Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve business
processes and outcomes.
 System Maintenance: Oversee the functioning of management information systems,
ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
 Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather requirements,
understand their data needs, and provide relevant information.
 Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the MIS function
and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
 Support: Provide technical support for MIS-related issues and assist in troubleshooting
system problems.
 Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all MIS processes, reports,
and systems.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in an MIS role, with a proven track record of handling
complex data and reporting systems.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools. Experience with
business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively
with all levels of the organization.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
