Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on key metrics, including sales, customer data, and operational performance. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports. Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve business processes and outcomes. System Maintenance: Oversee the functioning of management information systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather requirements, understand their data needs, and provide relevant information. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the MIS function and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support: Provide technical support for MIS-related issues and assist in troubleshooting system problems. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all MIS processes, reports, and systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an MIS role, with a proven track record of handling complex data and reporting systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
