Telesales Executive
location – Bhosari Alandi Rd, Dighi, Pune


Job Responsibilities:
The main job responsibilities of the Tele-Sales Executives will be:
Daily calling the Customers/Clients from the NonPerforming Accounts (NPA’s) andunderstanding the reasons behind low or no business.
Resolving issues related to Service/Pricing of the products of requirements bycoordinating with
the Sales
Executive’s. Researching the web for the Competitor’s products for comparative study to assistCust
omers better.Properly understanding the electronic technicalities and functions. Mailing of the shipping
details and proper invoices to the customers
