Key Responsibilities:
 Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the
company's objectives. Ensure smooth execution of projects by planning and managing
resources effectively.
 Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes to
enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising on quality.
 Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative
and high-performance work environment. Ensure all team members are aligned with the
company's goals and objectives.
 Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring that operations are
conducted within financial limits. Identify areas for cost savings and implement strategies
accordingly.
 Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and other
stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
 Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay
updated with industry standards and implement necessary changes to maintain
compliance.
 Risk Management: Identify potential risks in operational processes and implement
mitigation strategies. Develop contingency plans to address any unforeseen challenges.
 Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics,
budget adherence, and project progress. Present findings to senior management and
suggest actionable insights.
Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a
related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
 Experience: in operations management, preferably in the real estate or construction
industry.
