Key Responsibilities:
Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the
company's objectives. Ensure smooth execution of projects by planning and managing
resources effectively.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes to
enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising on quality.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative
and high-performance work environment. Ensure all team members are aligned with the
company's goals and objectives.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring that operations are
conducted within financial limits. Identify areas for cost savings and implement strategies
accordingly.
Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and other
stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay
updated with industry standards and implement necessary changes to maintain
compliance.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in operational processes and implement
mitigation strategies. Develop contingency plans to address any unforeseen challenges.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics,

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a
related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: in operations management, preferably in the real estate or construction
industry.
