Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in the solar sector. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our solar engineering/ Project. Your expertise and strategic vision will be critical in expanding our market presence and establishing strong business relationships.
He / She will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role will involve regular communication with clients and stakeholders and conducting meetings with clients.
Preferred candidate profile
Identifying customers: Contacting new or existing customers to understand their needs
Assessing locations: Determining if a site is suitable for solar plant
Creating proposals: Preparing quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential customers
Developing marketing plans: Creating strategies for marketing
Creating energy management packages: Creating customized energy management packages for customers
Megawatt Lead Generation
Solar OPEX/Capex Contract Knowledge
Sales and Business Development skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of renewable energy and sustainability
Experience: 5 to 8 years in Solar Industry, working location, Rajasthan, Local candidate, Male/ Female
CTC Upto: 5 to 8 LPA with open Negotiation
