Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly. Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management on sales trends and forecasts. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the financial services sector. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
