Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.
o Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
Market Development:
o Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in
the FMCG sector.
o Expand the customer base by adding new distributors and retailers.
Account Management:
Sales Strategy Implementation:
o Execute sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products.
o Ensure product placement, visibility, and promotional activities are in line with
company guidelines.
o Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and
campaigns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the FMCG market, including key players, trends, and dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
