1. Being a core member
of the Finance & Accounts team, incharge of accounting/budgetary
control functions for Seamec Ltd and its subsidiaries.
2. To maintain
financial administration systems and processes that comply with IND AS,
guidelines of the Accounting Manual and are consistent with the Company's
approach to financial administration.
3. Working closely
with the CFO, to develop exhaustive and detailed financial plans, annual
reports, statutory reports, budgets and Forecasts.
4. Preparation of
Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Accounts of the organization
5. Preparation of
Monthly schedules and their reconciliation with the Ledger.
6. Preparing accurate financial and management accounting information,
ensuring compliance with local corporate reporting and statutory
requirements and adhering to tight time schedules.
7.Support in
implementation of Finance / Accounting / Costing systems and ensuring that they meet with the overall Company
objectives and requirements.
8. Supporting the CFO
in developing manuals and policies incorporating best Finance &
Accounting practices which would be reviewed and updated to ensure a top end
bench-mark in the industry.
9.Supporting the CFO in forex management, working capital
management and preparation of credit rating related documentation and taxation.
10.Supporting
the CFO in bank financing documentation including preparation of business
model.
11.Co-coordinating
with the Head Office /Chairman Office members and implementing and supporting
in execution of decisions.
