Roles And Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales
targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within
the luxury automobile segment.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the
competitive landscape.
2. Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high
performance and motivation.
Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the team’s
skills and product knowledge.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous
improvement.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and
corporate clients.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales
process.
Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and
promptness.
4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to
senior management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to
meet goals.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer data effectively.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with
promotional activities and product launches.
Collaborate with after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
post-purchase.
6. Compliance and Standards:
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
