Key Responsibility Area: ( Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent ) o Overall responsibility for servicing clients on Analytics/Advisory and managing the analytics team. o Hands on advanced knowledge of analytical techniques, advanced knowledge of SQL or other structured language, advanced knowledge of Excel. o Design and develop analytics products and services. o Works closely with the Client(s) on scorecards, advisory and modeling. o Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis. o Provide leadership to the analytics team and assist the leadership to deliver results, business goals and commitments. o Financial Services/ Consumer banking business(preferred) - with extensive analytics orientation. o Work on processes to continuously update rules/procedures to optimize results & manage day-to day activities with the team. o Support various special project assignments. Eligibility Criteria: (Skill set required to do the job- Knowledge, Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc.) o Proven track record with database languages (e.g., SQL) and statistical software (e.g., ‘R’, Python), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView). o Well versed with MS Excel – advanced & VBA. o Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications. o Good to have conceptual or working knowledge of Machine Learning & AI, cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) BEHAVIORAL SKILLS: (Attitude, Aptitude and Abilities) o Experience articulating and translating business questions to analytical solutions. o Ability to handle and structure analysis independently. o Comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis. o Excellent attention to details, high output accuracy and out-of-box thinking to bring in innovative approaches to problems/issues in data processing. o Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
