This role will play a critical role in the newly created AI and Automation solutions division. Where lead analyst
will work closely with product managers and US banking clients to create transformative Automation solutions
and products in Contact center, Deposit management, loan onboarding, dispute and Fraud management
space. Analysts need to have following experience
Prior experience of supporting products management and engineering teams with ideally a B2B SaaS
or enterprise Banking product company, B2B Fintech selling solutions to Banks. Some prior
management and solutions consulting experience will also be useful.
This role will be ideal for those who want to progress to product management career in B2B SaaS
companies. The ideal person should have some exposure to product management esp with AI/GenAI
products.
a. AI/ML/GenAI product requirement analysis: The analysis should have experience of
assisting product teams and client interview in

product requirement analysis and interviewing clients in understanding the clients’
requirements.
b. Excellent problem solving, presentation and client management skills: The person
should have presented to client and lead problem solving discussions. Typically, consultants
follow this approach so analyst will also need to take this approach rather than just taking
instructions from client, he/she needs to value add to the discussion and arrive at potential
solutions.
c. AI/ML/GenAI driven Automation Solutions design skills: This role will involve Ai/GenAI
solutions and product design and hence person should have worked either as BA/Product
manager/Consultant in design in AI solutions esp. US Banks
d. Ability to write BRD, PRD, FSD for B2B SaaS products in details
I. Prior experience with Data science, Analytics, Financial Services/ Consumer banking
business(preferred) - with extensive product/solutions orientation related to Customer Onboarding,
Customer Service, Fraud management, Risk management or related areas.
II. Gathering and analyzing requirements for features and translating them into actionable
solutions/products.
e. Basic understanding of Cloud technologies, Big data, Data base, Scrum planning and
use Jira for collaboration and project management across product and engineering
teams.

startups and innovation.
Engineering and MBA from Tier 1 institute with 5-12 years of experience.
