Job Description:
As a Calling Executive for Customer Experience vertical at Atomberg Technologies, you will play
a crucial role in the identifying the service partners accord pan India and onboard them to our
service network and manage their processes end to end. You will be responsible for sourcing,
attracting, and interviewing potential candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding
process. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
 Cold Calling:
o Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to gauge interest for the position of
Area Service Partners.
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive
sourcing efforts.
 Interview Coordination:
o Schedule and line up candidates for interviews with the relevant hiring
managers.
o Ensure that candidates are well-prepared and informed about the interview
process.
