Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand the
business objectives and translate them into HR deliverables.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession
planning.
- Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job
postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to
attract and retain top talent.
- Implement talent management strategies to develop
high-potential employees and leaders.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and
disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure
effective communication across all levels.
- Manage employee engagement surveys and develop action
plans based on the results.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal system that drives
high performance.
Provide guidance and support to managers in
handling performance issues and improvement plans
