Key Responsibilities:




  1. HR Strategy & Planning:


    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
      aligned with the overall business strategy.

    • Collaborate with senior management to understand the
      business objectives and translate them into HR deliverables.

    • Monitor and report on workforce and succession
      planning.


  2. Talent Acquisition & Management:


    • Oversee the recruitment process, including job
      postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

    • Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to
      attract and retain top talent.

    • Implement talent management strategies to develop
      high-potential employees and leaders.


  3. Employee Relations:


    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and
      disciplinary matters.

    • Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure
      effective communication across all levels.

    • Manage employee engagement surveys and develop action
      plans based on the results.


  4. Performance Management:


    • Oversee the performance appraisal system that drives
      high performance.
