Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Planning:
o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
business strategy.
o Collaborate with senior management to understand the business objectives and
translate them into HR deliverables.
o Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management:
o Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing,
interviewing, and onboarding.
o Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
o Implement talent management strategies to develop high-potential employees and
leaders.
3. Employee Relations:
o Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
o Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure effective communication across
all levels.
o Manage employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on the
results.
4. Performance Management:
o Oversee the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
o Provide guidance and support to managers in handling performance issues and
improvement plans.
o Ensure consistency in performance management practices across the organization.
5. Learning & Development:
o Identify training needs and create or coordinate development programs.
o Implement leadership development initiatives to build leadership capabilities.
o Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and modify as necessary.
6. Compensation & Benefits:
o Design and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with
company goals.
o Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
o Conduct periodic benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
7. Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
o Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
8. HR Metrics & Reporting:
o Develop and track HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
o Provide regular reports to senior management on HR-related activities.
o Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A
Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
