Job description

Develop and execute the editorial vision and strategy in alignment
with the company's goals and target audience.
Manage a team of writers, editors, and content creators, providing
guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of
high-quality content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design,
and SEO, to optimize content for various platforms and distribution
channels.
Plan and coordinate editorial calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of
relevant and engaging content.
Oversee the content creation process from ideation to publication,
maintaining editorial standards and ensuring accuracy, coherence, and
adherence to brand guidelines.
Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, style, grammar, and
punctuation.
Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging
content formats to drive innovation and growth.
Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages
teamwork, open communication, and knowledge sharing.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify insights
and opportunities for improvement.
Handle any escalated issues related to content, ensuring timely
resolution and maintaining a positive user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related
field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (X+ years) in an editorial leadership role,
preferably within [industry or niche].
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for
detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, providing
constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the
ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in content management systems, SEO best practices, and
digital publishing platforms.
Adept at using analytics tools to assess content performance and make
data-driven decisions.

and adapt to changing trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
