Job description
Handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers.
· Deliver scripted information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
· Understanding the requirement of the customers & explaining on product and benefits.
· Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system for converting the Enquiries into Sales.
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
· Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Qualification
Min. Graduate, BBA / MBA preferred, with good Communication Skills
Offer Salary
Rs. 240,000 a year + Incentive & Other Perks (as Per Company Policy)- Full-time. However no bar for a deserving candidate, depending upon the experience held.
