∙Create 3D models and visualizations of solar installations using AutoCAD and other 
CAD software to assist in design development and client presentations. 
∙Develop and maintain a library of standard AutoCAD blocks and details for solar 
electrical and civil components to streamline the drafting process. 
∙Generate construction drawings and detailed documentation required for the 
installation of solar energy systems, including mounting structures, cable trays, 
conduits, and equipment placements. 
∙Produce accurate as-built drawings reflecting any changes or modifications made 
during the construction process. 
∙Perform quality checks on all drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and 
adherence to company standards and project specifications. 
∙Convert field survey data into detailed site layout plans, ensuring proper placement of 
solar panels, inverters, and other electrical equipment. 
∙Collaborate with engineers and designers to incorporate design changes and updates, 
ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected in the AutoCAD drawings. 
∙Assist in the preparation of layout drawings for PV arrays, inverter stations, and other 
electrical components for solar power plants. 
∙Ensure all AutoCAD drawings are compliant with local, national, and international 
codes and standards, including IEC, NEC, and other relevant regulations. 
 
 
 
 
∙Utilize layer management, dimensioning, and annotation tools within AutoCAD to 
 
 
 
create clear and comprehensible drawings for internal and external stakeholders. 
∙Manage and organize all project drawings, ensuring proper version control and 
documentation for easy access and reference. 
∙Conduct regular updates and maintenance of project drawings and CAD files, 
ensuring all revisions are tracked and documented. 
∙Support the engineering team in preparing detailed drawings for permitting, 
regulatory compliance, and client approvals. 
∙Provide technical support to the project team during the construction phase, helping 
resolve any drawing-related issues or discrepancies.
