Articulate and execute a clear vision for the program academy, aligning with the broader strategic objectives of the organization.
•
Engages with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Interact & Brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge to create world-class Sales programs relevant to target customers.
•
Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client.
•
Understands client needs to create bespoke L&D programs, communicates the value proposition of the Sales programs, and establishes strong client relationships.
•
Use written proficiency to create quality content on various subjects within the Sales domain and ensure that the curriculum and relevant material are available on Antwalk’s role readiness platform.
•
Interviews and evaluates potential experts, assessing their suitability to AntWalk’s business model.
