Position - Customer Support Associate


Roles and Responsibilities:


1) Strong written and verbal communication skills.


2) Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, Social Media and Ticketing tools.


3) Address and resolve complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.


4) Ability to test new processes and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.


5) Identify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department or senior manager.


6) Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.


Skills Required


1. Should be a quick learner and a good listener.


2. Excellent written, oral communication and should understand the customer requirements.


3. Knowledge of Using Google Sheets and Excels.


4. Good Analytics skills.
