Job description


a)     Morning
meeting with supervisor for shift production plan customer quality issue and
action.



b)     Plan V/S actual review



c)      Ensure 5S and safety



d)     Manpower review of all stages and
analysis



e)     Stage wise rework and rejection
analysis and action.



f)       Review of BOM parts
and consumables



g)     Kaizen discussion with manager



h)     Provide training  to the
supervisor



i)       FG stock update in ERP
system



j)       Shop documentation and
log book review and action



k)     In case of machine / motor / pump
break down, analysis with services department and inform to production manager



l)       Shift production
review and report to production manager.
