o Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous. o Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

o Adaptability and willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays. 

o Customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to serve customers.

o Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
