Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
o Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate
screening, interviewing, and selection.
o Develop and nurture strong relationships with recruitment agencies and
networks.
2. Employee Relations:
o Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
o Manage disciplinary matters, including investigations, and enforce company
policies and procedures.
o Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
3. Training and Development:
o Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and
performance.
o Identify and address skills gaps within the organization.
o Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing support.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
o Administer and update the company's compensation and benefits programs.
o Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
o Address compensation-related queries and issues.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
o Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with
applicable laws and regulations.
o Stay updated with labour laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide
compliance.
o Understanding and implementation of POSH regulations.
6. Performance Management:
o Oversee the performance appraisal process.
o Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and development
plans.
7. Employee Engagement:
o Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
o Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of discretion and integrity.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
