HIRING FOR ADMISSION COUNSELOR

Experience : Minimum 1yr. 

Ed-tech experience 

Salary upto 8lpa + variables 

Location- Gurgaon, Haryana 

 Responsibilities: 

* Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and Online Process. 

* Converting leads into admissions for top IITs, IIMs and Degree colleges (high ticket size) 

* Generating referrals through the existing admissions. 

* Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. 

* Responsible for converting any query into admissions. 

* Attending 100-150 calls daily in order to achieve the allocated targets. 

* Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per there domain.

Candidate requirements: 

* Excellent written and Verbal communication skills. 

* Creating urgency when required, Rebuttals and counseling skills 

* Interpersonal Skills 

* Active listening
