HIRING FOR FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Location - Bangalore

CTC - Upto 4.5 LPA + Incentive

Key Responsibilities: 

● Conduct in-person meetings with potential customers to sell health insurance products. 

● Convert leads generated by Navi into successful sales. 

● Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service. 

● Share feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements. 

Skills: 

● Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Kannada. Proficiency in
Hindi is a plus point. 

● Ability to influence and convince potential customers. 

● Basic knowledge of using a laptop and CRM tools.
