Job Description: Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and
experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with Instagram, YouTube, and
Facebook. This role requires a deep understanding of social media
posting, engagement strategies, and video editing skills. Experience working
with a news agency/channel for social media is a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop,
implement, and manage our social media strategy.

·         Create
and manage engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

·         Monitor
and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and
strategy.

·         Collaborate
with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

·         Stay
up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and
technologies.

·         Edit
videos to enhance social media posts and campaigns.

·         Engage
with our audience through comments, messages, and other interactions to build a
strong online community.

·         Ready
to launch and scale multiple channels from scratch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a
related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, specifically
with Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
