Job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues when necessary
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process customer transactions, such as orders and returns
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
