Job Purpose
· To develop a corporate FIT and MICE business for our resorts and to generate business from corporate & leisure segment in the operating region.
· Achieve the budgeted targets within the branch purview.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· To build & maintain strong relationships with Corporates and Travel Agency Partners
· To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
· Communicate the Sterling holidays HSD Value proposition within the designated sales geography.
· To make inspiring sales presentations to prospective customers.
Creating a Potential Pipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT, from Travel agencies and corporate businesses
Qualification
· Minimum Graduation.
· Post-Graduation will be an added advantage.
