Job Description -
Sales &
Partnership Management
Developing & maintaining prospect
& customer/ client list based on strategic marketing data & other
sources for sales leads.
Engaging with IPC’s , Domestic/ Local
Brokers, trade conferences, nurturing industry relationships for possible
opportunities to develop business opportunities.
Active in liaison relationship within
industry.
Ensure customer satisfaction by
working along with operations, quality, customer service teams, to address any
customer concerns or issues.
Client Acquisition and corporate
relations with companies
Keep abreast of industry trends and
practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and
service offering.
Engage & retain clients with
immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.
Have a thorough knowledge of all
facilities and services offered including type of Space available as
well as location and layout, selling status, rates, and benefits of all package
plans.
Implement, review and maintain
documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety
protocols, communications, product and service standards.
Manage agreement creation and
associated paperwork ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Drive negotiations to secure and
finalize deals.
Cultivate relationships with potential
partners and other associations to bolster brand visibility and lead generation.
