Job Title: Project Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced personwith more than 10 -15years of experience in automobile sector in managing the Projects / programs management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking entire responsibility Projects management of plant current and future projects related to the Luxury customisation in Mobility vehicles and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Educational: Any Graduate /B. E(Mech.)/ Project Management Foundations (PMI Certification)
Skill Sets:
- A bachelor’s degree or B.E(Mech.), with PMI Certification will be added advantage engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 10-15 years’ experience as aProject Management in automotive domain.
- Must have working experience in automotive domain in handling multiple projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle internal and external parts, fundamentals of vehicleengineering, design and drafting.
- Working Experience in Handling Vehicle DMU (Digital Mock Up).
- Software Skill: Microsoft (MS) Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Pro/E WF5, Creo,Parametric, Windchill & PLM& Auto cad Softs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of assigned project(s)/program(s) while interfacing with the Product Line.
- Align the development cycle times and capacity with respect to demand of workload forcontinuous development, continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment.
- Manage stakeholder’s expectations throughout all phases of the project and capture voice ofcustomer (VOC).
- Manage integration/dependencies between assigned project(s) and other projects/programs.
- Develop options analysis and remedial plans to address any challenges on the project.
- Manage and track issues and risk while achieving project goals and timeline
- Manage and track project action items, decisions, assumptions
- Document Project Charter, Team Organizational Chart, RASIC matrix, etc.
- Provide feedback on new and/or revised policies, processes, tools and templates
- Obtain project sign-off during the closure phase and facilitate a lesson learned session for allteam members.
- Coordinate project communications, department leads, team members, operations, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Liaise with Department to obtain direction, forecast resource needs, and collaborate with theManagement on how best to structure the project/program.
- Prepare for and strive for compliance with scheduled internal or external audits.
- Communicate weekly updates and changes to the team and/or Enterprise PMO.
- Lead team meetings, track progress on all items, drive team progress, and obtain the team’sstatus.
- Maintain the project work plan(s), Work break down structure (WBS), Gantt Charts
- Create weekly project status reports of project performance/health.
- Prepare for Quality, Tollgate, or Milestone Reviews and present as needed.
- Ensure scope changes are documented and submitted for review and approval
- Setup SharePoint sites for managing team documentation.
