● Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm’s solutions can
fulfil their learning needs
● Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements.
● Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate
education brand.
● Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities and
close deals.
Candidate requirement:
● Education: MBA/PGDM Sales & Marketing.
● Experience 1-3 years of work experience, in B2B sale is an added advantage.
● Experience within MNCs dealing with high profile clients is an added advantage.

● Skill set:
● Conversant in dealing with senior management. Strong influencing skills.
● Ability to research in-depth and tailor the pitch to the needs of customers. Working with sense of
ownership with minimum supervision of the manager.
● Excellent verbal and written communication. Good command on English language.
● Strong presentation skills, proficient in excel. Experience in using Lead management and CRM tools.
