attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and
has a solid customer service approach.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to
our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and
informative leaflets)
2. Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call
centre agents
3. Ensure timely and accurate cust omer service
4. Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
5. Troubleshoot emergencies
6. Monitor stock and order office supplies
7. Ensure proper mail distribution
8. Prepare and monitor office budget
9. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
10. Ensu re company’s policies and security requirements are met
