  • Qualification - Graduate Civil Engineer/Architect with Specialisation in Project Planning / Scheduling + should have completed course in MS Project/online project Collaboration methods/MS Teams.
  • Experience – Minimum 12 Years till June 2023
  • Age – Below 45 Years
  • Commercial Project Exp – 8 Years.
  • Budget – 18 LPA

    Similar work or Eligible Project (the “Eligible Project”) shall mean Providing Project Management Consultancy Services for:

    • Construction of Passenger handling terminals i.e. Railway Stations, Metro stations, Stations of RRTS / HSR / Monorail, Airport Terminals, Bus Terminals.

    OR

    • Construction of commercial/institutional real estate project (such as Educational Institution, Hospital,  Hotel, Convention Centre, shopping mall/ Shopping Complex,  Sports Complex, Office Complex) 

     

    Job Description

    • Reviewing and setting up the project programme control system, integrate costs and schedules, track budgets and timelines, assess project status and issue monthly reports.
    • Working with techno commercial legal team, construction team, design team to assess progress and provide reports. Release necessary warnings and non-compliance reports.
    • Overseeing estimating and coordinates with the scheduler.
    • Maintaining coordination model, clash detection, clash resolution.
    • Managing project resource and integrate with other tools for 4D simulation.
    • Using 4D/5D simulation models. Project planned vs actual works and envisage future vision of the project.
    • Overseeing client and stakeholder's management efforts.
    • Highlighting time and cost delays.
    • Identifying potential risks.
    • You will have knowledge of cost planning and construction project controls principles and practices.
