As the GM of Accounts, you will play acrucial role in overseeing and managing our company’s financial operations andensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounts.Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage the accounts department, including supervising a team ofaccountants and finance professionals.2. Develop and implement effective accounting strategies, policies, and proceduresto optimize financial performance and maintain compliance with relevantregulations.3. Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reports, budgets,and forecasts.4. Monitor and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide strategicrecommendations to improve profitability and cost-efficiency.5. Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning, decisionmaking, and budget allocation.6. Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closingactivities, including reconciliation, journal entries, and financial statementpreparation.7. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during financial auditsand ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.8. Stay updated with industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and bestpractices, and implement them effectively within the organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification ishighly desirable.Proven experience as a General Manager of Accounts or a similar leadership role withinthe finance/accounting department.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guidea team toward achieving goals.Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and buildrelationships with stakeholders at all levels.
