Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Purpose of the Job Role
The overall purpose is to creating Positive Employee experiences and partnering with Business
Stakeholders for organization growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for full cycle employee experience from recruitment to retirement(R2R)
Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into
the organization.
Single point of contact for the corporate team (Directors, C-suite) experience life cycle.
Drafting and issue of HR letters related to employment, Promotion, Transfer, Increment,
Experience, Relieving letters, etc.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and
other perks.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and
performance management.
Manage and administer HRIS including databases and software applications, to ensure data
accuracy, integrity and security.
Prepare and present HR MIS, ad-hoc reports, dashboards and analytics to Senior Management
and Group level as needed.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as Employee Pulse Survey, Employee
Birthday Celebration, Recognition program (RnR), Festive celebration, Offsite, Annual Day, etc
to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Execution of training plan and training calendar for the employees based on Skill Map Analysis.
Prepare and provide HR data to Business stakeholders for new client bidding process.
Manage office administration tasks, including staff accommodation, facilities management,
vendor relationships, third party manpower management and uniform procurement.
Secondary Responsibilities
Managing any HR business projects and partnering for process optimisation (HR MIS
implementation)
Minimum Educational Qualification
MBA/Any Post Graduate Certification in Human Resources
Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge
8+ years of experience in service/manufacturing/FMCG organisations of non-IT/ITes and must
be well versed in full cycle employee experience from recruitment to retirement(R2R) process.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands on experience in MIS reporting and dashboard to Management
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good Analytical and problem-solving skill.
Ability to work collaboratively with HR and business leaders.
Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
