| Fully familiar with Direct & Indirect Taxation |
| Budgeting, Forcast and monthly MIS |
| Handling Stautory & Internal Auditors |
| Preparation of Audited Accounts of Listed company as per prevailing statutory provisions including Subsidiary companies |
| ability to handle team of 10-12 persons |

| Dealing with banks for credit lines and comppliances inclusing RBI |
