Job description


a)     Preparing financial
statements and interpretation thereof.



b)     Analysis of costs, pricing,
variable contributors, sales results and Company’s actual performance compared
to the business plan.



c)      Statutory Audit, internal
audit, tax audit.



d)     Oversee operations of finance
& accounts department, set goal and objectives and design a framework for
these to be met.



e)     Create and manage budgets and
monitor spending.



f)       Fund Flow and Cash Flow
projections.



g)     Conduct Audits on financial
processes and transactions.
