Job description


a)     Monitor Server, Firewall, DLP, Antivirus and Backup devices
performance (On Prime & Cloud) and identifying and resolve issues.



b)     Managing IT Helpdesk Ticket system and provide solution to
remote locations.



c)      Strong Knowledge in MIS, Inventory, Preventive Maintenance.



d)     Knowledge of Thin client, Network Printer, VPN, Firewall,
Projector & VC Device.



e)     Desktop, Laptop & MacBook Support.



f)       Strong problem-solving abilities, Network breakdown quick
resolution



g)     System and network support, OS & Application Support



h)     Knowledge of creating Antivirus, Active Directory and
firewall policy



i)      Good Behavior, faithful
