Job Description: The incumbent shall be responsible for;
a) Preparing financial statements and interpretation thereof.
b) Analysis of costs, pricing, variable contributors, sales results and Company’s actual performance compared to the business plan.
c) Statutory Audit, internal audit, tax audit.
d) Oversee operations of finance & accounts department, set goal and objectives and design a framework for these to be met.
e) Create and manage budgets and monitor spending.
f) Fund Flow and Cash Flow projections.
g) Conduct Audits on financial processes and transactions.
Functional Skills:
h) Preparation, finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheets.
i) Statutory and tax audit finalization.
j) Income Tax knowledge- assessments, replies to notices etc.
k) Knowledge of accounting processes and ERP Software. Experience in Microsoft Navison (BC-365) will be an added advantage.
l) Great attention to details and accuracy.
m) Good Communication skills as the candidate will be interacting with multiple cross functional teams.
