Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate
will possess strong expertise in architectural design and project management, particularly within
the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing
the construction and development of manufacturing facilities, ensuring that they meet both
functional and aesthetic standards while adhering to industry regulations and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Planning: Lead the architectural design and planning of industrial and
manufacturing facilities, including layout design, spatial planning, and integration of
extrusion machinery.
Project Management: Manage all phases of project development, from initial concept
through construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on
budget.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs and constructions comply with local
building codes, safety regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
Sustainability & Innovation: Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative
solutions to enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact in
manufacturing facilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure
seamless integration of architectural designs with engineering and construction processes.
Client Interaction: Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their
needs, present design proposals, and provide expert guidance throughout the project.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress,
ensuring adherence to design specifications and maintaining high standards of quality and
safety.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD,
