Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for Healthcare Provider/Network
Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships with
diagnostic centers to secure competitive health checkup quotes for Corporate Health Checkup and Pre-policy
Medical Checkup deals. This role involves end-to-end management of the process, including identifying
suitable partners, negotiating costs and contracts, and ultimately enhancing the win rate of corporate deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential diagnostic center partners for corporate health checkup and pre-policy
medical checkup deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at diagnostic centers.
Conduct thorough market research to identify and onboard new partners that align with the
company’s strategic goals.
Lead negotiations with diagnostic centers to secure the most competitive rates for health checkup
services.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the win rate of corporate health checkup deals.
Work closely with sales and business development teams to understand market needs and tailor
partnership strategies accordingly.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and
growth.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, and operations teams, to ensure
alignment and successful deal execution.
Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between diagnostic centers and internal teams.
Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction through effective partner
management.
Manage payment reconciliations and ensure timely payment to network partners
Qualification & Skills
Education: Graduate / Post-graduate
1. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare provider network development, partnership
management, or related roles with Healthtech aggregator / Diagnostic provider / TPA / Wellness
companies
2. Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management in the healthcare industry.
3. Strong understanding of the corporate health checkup and pre-policy medical checkup landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
