Job Summary:
The Field Sales Promoter will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products/services directly to potential customers in the field. This role involves building relationships, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness through face-to-face interactions and strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Approach potential customers in assigned territories to introduce and promote our products/services. Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets by converting leads into sales through effective promotional strategies and presentations. Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage purchases.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends. Provide feedback to the sales team to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our offerings. Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community activities to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a related role is preferred. Experience in [industry] is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to use a tablet or smartphone for sales tracking and reporting.
