Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (All Saturdays are working)

Job Overview:
BLB Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in technical analysis, with specific
expertise in NSE, Neat, and Greek software. As a Technical Analyst at BLB Limited, you will be
responsible for analyzing technical processes, identifying issues, and providing solutions to
ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
 System Analysis: Evaluate and analyze existing technology systems and processes to
identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
 Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges, particularly
with NSE, Neat, and Greek software.
 Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation,
including system specifications, user guides, and process flows.
 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT teams, project
managers, and business units, to understand requirements and provide technical insights.
 Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and
changes, ensuring they meet business requirements and are integrated smoothly.
 Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance checks to ensure
systems, especially those involving NSE, Neat, and Greek software, are functioning as
expected.
 Reporting: Generate and present technical reports and analysis to management and other
stakeholders.
Requirements:
 Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a technical analysis role, with hands-on experience
with NSE, Neat, and Greek software.
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in NSE, Neat, and Greek software, along with relevant
technologies, tools, and software related to system analysis and technical support.
 Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive
approach to identifying and resolving issues.
 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact
with stakeholders and present technical information clearly.
 Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all technical
documentation and analysis.
 Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to
the achievement of team goals.
Education:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
related field.
