Job Summary:
Muthoot Finance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Manager
for the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HR management
experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance
management, and HR strategy execution. You will play a key role in aligning HR
initiatives with business objectives to support the growth and development of the
region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR operations for the Delhi region, ensuring
alignment with the company’s HR policies and objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent
management, to support business needs.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs and ensure a
positive work environment.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary
actions, and conflict resolution.
Execute performance management processes, including setting KPIs,
conducting performance reviews, and career development planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across the region.
Collaborate with senior management to drive HR strategies that align with
regional and corporate goals.
Manage training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and
competencies.
Regularly report HR metrics to regional leadership and provide
recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field (Master’s degree preferred).
4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the financial
services industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and
employee relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
