Asst,manager /Sr.engineer - Maintenance

Job description

a)     Compiling all the
break down data of the plants including MTBF, MTTR, manpower in maintenance and
presenting to management

b)     Would maintain the
fixed asset register across all the plant and coordinate with finance to align
the same with the books.

c)      Would work
on the old equipment to assess for the repairs as well as cannibalization to
procure the spare parts.

d)     Would maintain the
spare parts inventory across all the plants to ensure availability of spares.
Also, to standardize the spare parts in various plants.

e)     Arrange for the
training of the plants in the breakdown Maintenance, preventive Maintenance,
condition based maintenance and predictive maintenance methodology.

f)       Monitoring
the 5S activities in all the plants and ensuring the healthy competition
between the plants. Also to share good practices across all the plants.

g)     Should have
knowledge of Maintenance

h)     Should be good in
MS Office
