Job description

Position-: HR & ADMIN

 Key Responsibility Areas-:

minimum 3 years exp in hr ,recruitory

Must know Labour laws and payroll handling

  Manage and oversee the HR functions within the Warehouse, including recruitment,
onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
 Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and labor
laws.

  Handle payroll, benefits administration, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  Coordinate training and development programs for plant employees to enhance skills and
productivity.

  Maintain a safe and conducive working environment by collaborating with relevant
stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  Manage administrative tasks such as facility management, vendor coordination, and
procurement within the plant.

  Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Overseeing disciplinary actions if necessary.

  Addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive
work environment.
 Help resolve major employee grievances and counsel employees and supervisors on
employee relations issues.

  Oversee workforce management and implement strategies to minimize attrition rates.
 Address and resolve administrative issues or concerns as they arise.

  Handle documentation, including reports, memos, and correspondence.
 Liaise with various departments to streamline communication and operational efficiency.
