Position-: HR & ADMIN
Key Responsibility Areas-:
Manage and oversee the HR functions within the Warehouse, including recruitment,
onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and labor
laws.
Handle payroll, benefits administration, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate training and development programs for plant employees to enhance skills and
productivity.
Maintain a safe and conducive working environment by collaborating with relevant
stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage administrative tasks such as facility management, vendor coordination, and
procurement within the plant.
Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Overseeing disciplinary actions if necessary.
Addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive
work environment.
Help resolve major employee grievances and counsel employees and supervisors on
employee relations issues.
Oversee workforce management and implement strategies to minimize attrition rates.
Address and resolve administrative issues or concerns as they arise.
Handle documentation, including reports, memos, and correspondence.
Liaise with various departments to streamline communication and operational efficiency.
Applicability Measures-:
Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and
stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
Able to work effectively on multiple assignments in a team environment
Solid knowledge about compensation and labor regulations along with regulatory laws
and best HR practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience 3-5 years in HR and administrative roles within a manufacturing or
in-plant setting.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint) and data management tools.
Superior oral and written communication skills
.
*Candidates from E-commerce industry will be preferred.
