What will you do?
● Identify enterprises that need L&D programs and establish contact.
● Conduct meetings in-person or digital meetings with the company's senior-level executives
● Achieving exceptional conversion on leads coming from marketing and lead-gen efforts
● Rigorous follow-ups from leads to create a successful business from new and existing customer accounts
● Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue streams.
● Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently
● Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
What skills do you need?
● A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field. MBA from Tier 1,2 institutes preferred.
● 2-5 years of B2B sales experience (High Growth Startup experience would be great)
● Good understanding of the hierarchy and structure of various roles in top organizations
● Value Driven Sales Professional, Collaborating with Clients and helping them Achieve their Objectives
● Highly Focused and Result Oriented with Experience in Client Acquisition, Account Management, and
Channel Management
