Job description

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
– Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets, promoting products and services
– Maintain store appearance, ensuring merchandise is displayed neatly and accurately
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits
– Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and customer service goals
– Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions


Requirements:


– High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
– 1-2 years retail sales experience; customer service experience beneficial
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
– Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays
– Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills
– Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office
