Job Description :- UNIMARK, a renowned real estate company, is seeking a skilledCivil Engineer to join
our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from
theinitialplanningphasetocompletion.TheCivilEngineerwillensurethatallconstructionactivitiesare
completed in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Responsibilities:-1.Manageandsuperviseconstructionprojects,ensuringcompliancewithbuilding codes
and regulations.
2. Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,andcontractorstodevelopprojectplansandschedules.
3. Reviewandapproveprojectdesigns,plans,andspecifications.
4. Monitorconstructionprogressandensurethatworkiscompletedontimeandwithinbudget.
5. Conductsitevisitstoinspectworkandensurequalitystandardsaremet.
6. Resolveanyconstruction-relatedissuesthatmayariseduringtheproject.
7. Prepareandmaintainaccurateprojectdocumentation,includingdrawings,schedules,andreports.
8. Ensurethatallconstructionactivitiesadheretosafetystandardsandregulations.
9. Providetechnicalguidanceandsupporttoprojectteammembers.
Requirements:-1.Bachelor'sdegreeinCivilEngineeringorrelatedfield.
2. Minimumof2-4yearsofexperienceinconstructionprojectmanagement.
3. ProficiencyinAutoCADandotherconstruction-relatedsoftware.
4. Strongknowledgeofbuildingcodes,regulations,andconstructionpractices.
5. Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
6. Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofa team
